What is your postponement policy?

Our postponement policy is designed to accommodate your needs with flexibility. We offer rescheduling at no additional charge. However, due to our constant flow of bookings, it's crucial that you notify us as soon as possible if you're considering postponing your event. This early communication helps ensure that your new preferred date is available. We recommend selecting a few potential dates and consulting with us to confirm our availability. Once we've identified which dates are open, you can choose the one that best suits your plans.

What types of events do you cover?

We cover a wide range of events, including but not limited to weddings, funerals, expos, and more. Our team is highly adaptable and equipped to provide comprehensive coverage for most types of events, ensuring your important moments are captured with professionalism and care.

What is your refund policy if I cancel my wedding after paying in full?

If you have paid in full but are no longer getting married, we offer a partial refund policy due to the nature of our booking process. When you book with us, we frequently decline other weddings for your chosen date, particularly during peak season. As such, a 10% non-refundable fee is retained for cancellations. You can find the specific fee details within the description of the package you selected. This policy ensures we can maintain the quality and exclusivity of our services.

Can I still access a promotion after it has ended?

Unfortunately, once a promotion concludes, it is no longer available. The only method to secure a promotional rate is by booking with a deposit during the promotional period.

Do you work alone, or do you have a team?

Our team composition varies depending on the event. For weddings, we typically have two videographers on site, and we may bring a third if the situation warrants it. If your wedding package includes a day-of coordinator, you can expect to have a total crew of 3 to 4 people from our team. The number of team members present is tailored to the specific requirements of each event to ensure comprehensive coverage and support. To view our members you can click "Our Team" below.

Why does editing videography take longer than editing photography?

Video editing encompasses a comprehensive process that begins with meticulously reviewing and organizing hours of footage. We then proceed to select and license appropriate music, and craft a storyboard to guide the film's narrative structure. The editing phase involves a detailed and creative assembly of the film, including a rough cut followed by a thorough polishing phase. This includes removing any distracting elements, enhancing sound quality, and applying color grading for visual consistency. The process concludes with multiple reviews and adjustments to ensure the final product meets our high standards. This intricate procedure is inherently more time-consuming than photography editing due to its narrative complexity and the technical precision required.

Do you accept pay over time?

Yes, we offer flexible payment options to accommodate your needs. We've partnered with companies such as Affirm and Afterpay, allowing you to pay over time conveniently. If these options don't work for you, don't worry! We also provide our own pay-over-time plan. This involves putting down a deposit for your chosen package and then making monthly payments until 30 days before your event, at which point the remaining balance is due.

I've been notified that my wedding film is ready. Where can I view it?

Your wedding film can be found under the "Wedding Catalog Tab" on our website. Simply click the button below, and it will direct you straight there!

I've noticed you don't post much on social media. Why is that?

Our focus has been on developing and maintaining our website to ensure it's always up-to-date. Additionally, the size of our finished films often exceeds the file limits of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, leading to upload failures. To address this, we've created our own Wedding Catalog Server where all your films are securely hosted. Every film comes with a shareable link, allowing for easy posting on any social media platform and direct downloads for digital safekeeping. We encourage our clients and prospective clients to visit our website, which we update regularly, sometimes even daily, for the latest content and information.
